Hey everyone!
After the long wait, I'm republishing my latest book:
Claimed by the Thakur
I hope you enjoy this story just as much as the others.
~-~-~
At just 13 years old, little Sanjana is forced to marry the son of a Thakur who is twelve years older than her. She doesn't even know his name. Even though their wedding was far from grand, she's determined to fulfill her duties as a young wife. Despite being raised as a burden, she's on a journey to win hearts at the Thakurs' haveli. In the era where women are silenced and romance is shamed, a cold stranger becomes her everything.

The story is still under development.
The dialogue has been written primarily in Hindi (TRANSLATION INCLUDED). Neither are my first languages 😭 So I hope you won't be too critical of my grammar. I'm open to stern comments that point out errors, so feel free lol.

This book is solely written for audiences over the age of 18. The characters indulge in everything inappropriate only after the age of consent. Some chapters or scenes can feel uncomfortable and weird to some, but please keep the timeline (mid 20th century) in mind before judging me 🙏

Things you CAN find TRIGGERING in the book:
- Age gap couple (12 years)
- Dark Romance (Light BDSM)
- Nonchalant, possessive, caring, morally grey male lead
- Headstrong, smart, bratty female lead
- Patriarchy and Domestic Abuse
- Lots and lots of graphic sex
- Mentions of marital rape and miscarriage (NOTHING GRAPHIC)
As far as I've written, these are the triggers I can think of. I can add more in the future.
Daily updates guaranteed from April 10th 2026.

I just want you guys to know that I started writing this as a comfort story. I initially never intended to publish this. As a frustrated (and dorky) sanskaari college student who's scared to interact with guys in this era, I like writing stuff like this.
I thought you guys would like to read it too...
But many ended up reporting it lol. If you took the time to read closely, you'd understand that I'm not glorifying any situation. So please, understand before you judge.
Many readers left incredibly adorable comments on my message board that gave me the confidence to rewrite the parts I had lost and to republish this book. As I have no social life outside Wattpad or LinkedIn, reading such lovely comments truly motivated me to write. I want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart ❤️
Even if the book gets removed again, I'll permanently move it to another website so you can enjoy it there :)
Finally, if my words have managed to put a smile on your face or if you feel hot all over, please vote, comment, and share!
I hope you have a wonderful day/night. I hope all your dreams come true. I hope my story can make your life better in some way!
Acy.
